Jobber vs Housecall Pro: Prices, Plans and Add-ons
How we checked this: Compared from official docs and pricing pages as of 2026-10-19; Housecall Pro's pricing page was re-checked 2026-10-22. We haven't tested these tools hands-on.
For one user, Jobber has the lower entry price: its Core plan is $29 a month billed annually, or $49 a month billed monthly, as of Oct. 19, 2026 [1]. Housecall Pro Basic for one user is $59/mo billed annually, as of Oct. 22, 2026 [2]. Both offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card [2][3].

Jobber vs Housecall Pro: the short answer
- Price you can see up front: Jobber publishes its plan prices with a billing basis for each [1]. Housecall Pro's pricing page shows Basic for one user at $59/mo billed annually (as of Oct. 22, 2026) and also offers a free demo with tailored pricing [2].
- Trials: Housecall Pro offers 14 days free with no credit card [2]. Jobber's trial needs no credit card [1], and Jobber's comparison page says its trial is 14 days [3].
- Features: Jobber's comparison page says both tools offer drag-and-drop and crew scheduling, quotes with e-signature, auto-invoicing, recurring billing, card and ACH payments, and customer financing [3]. That's Jobber's description of a competitor, so confirm Housecall Pro's side in its demo.
Jobber prices (as of 2026-10-19)

| Jobber plan (1 user) | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $29/month [1] | $49/month [1] | Online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a website, reporting, 100+ app integrations [1] |
| Connect | $99/month [1] | $139/month [1] | Core plus automated quote and invoice follow-ups and QuickBooks Online sync [1] |
| Grow | $149/month [1] | $199/month [1] | Adds job costing, two-way SMS and custom workflow automations [1] |
Jobber says annual billing saves up to 25% [1]. Its pricing page lists add-ons including an AI Receptionist, a Marketing Suite and Pipeline [1]. It shows a monthly figure for each but doesn't state the unit or whether it's billed monthly or annually (as of Oct. 19, 2026), so we leave those prices out.
Teams: For 5 users (your team's logins), Jobber's live pricing page lists Connect at $149/month, Grow at $229/month and Plus at $399/month, billed annually, with higher price points at 10 and 15 users, as of Oct. 19, 2026 [1]. Jobber's comparison page gives the same figures as the starting prices for its team plans of 2-15 users [3]. Both pages say extra users are $29/month per user, but Jobber doesn't say whether this is billed monthly or annually (as of Oct. 22, 2026) [1][3].
Housecall Pro pricing
Prices as of 2026-10-22 (Housecall Pro pricing page), USD, excluding sales tax. Check the vendor's pricing page before you buy.
Housecall Pro's pricing page title reads "From $59/mo", and its plan finder shows Basic for one user at $59/mo billed annually, as of Oct. 22, 2026 [2]. The page also shows Essentials (5 users included) and MAX (8 users included) [2]. Their plan cards show prices next to an Annual/Monthly toggle, but the page text doesn't say which billing basis those figures are, so we don't print them. Housecall Pro still offers "a free demo and tailored pricing information" [2]. We don't print third-party price lists for Housecall Pro.
What Housecall Pro does publish [2]:
- a 14-day free trial, no credit card required;
- card processing rates "as low as 2.59%";
- included in every plan: live phone and chat support, a free iOS and Android app, English and Spanish, access to business and consumer financing, offline viewing and "AI team members";
- add-ons (we didn't capture add-on prices): CSR AI (AI call and chat answering), a sales proposal tool, Pipeline, Payroll, Accounting, Business Coaching, Voice, Campaigns, GPS and dashcams, Tap to Pay and Websites.
Feature differences Jobber points out
These come from Jobber's own comparison page, so treat them as Jobber's claims about a competitor [3]:
- Jobber says route optimization is built into Jobber but needs a third-party integration in Housecall Pro, and that GPS tracking is an add-on in Housecall Pro [3].
- Jobber says its website builder and Google Profile manager are included in all its plans, while Housecall Pro's website builder is an add-on and it has no Google Profile manager [3].
- Jobber says Jobber AI is on all its plans with an AI receptionist add-on (included in Plus), and that Housecall Pro has "AI Team" on all plans with AI call answering (CSR AI) as a paid add-on [3].
Housecall Pro's own pricing page does list Websites and GPS/dashcams among its add-ons [2].
Decision rule: which to trial first
- Need every plan's price before any sales call? Trial Jobber first; it shows each plan's price with a billing basis [1]. Housecall Pro's page text states a billing basis only for Basic [2].
- Need QuickBooks Online sync? On Jobber, that starts on Connect, $99/month billed annually for 1 user, as of Oct. 19, 2026 [1]. We didn't confirm which Housecall Pro plans include QuickBooks sync, so check its plan cards or ask in the demo.
- Want phone and chat support on every plan? Housecall Pro says every plan includes live phone and chat support [2].
- Want built-in route optimization? Jobber says it has it built in [3]. Ask Housecall Pro how routing works on your plan.
- Still unsure? Both trials are 14 days with no credit card [2][3]. Run the same week of real jobs through each.
This rule is our editorial shortcut from the cited facts, not a test result.
Who should pick which
Jobber fits you if you want to compare published prices [1], or you're a one-person business that wants the $29/month Core plan for one user, billed annually, as of Oct. 19, 2026 [1].
Not for: Jobber isn't for you if:
- you need QuickBooks Online sync on the cheapest plan, because sync starts on Connect [1];
- you need job costing or two-way SMS without paying for Grow, because those are listed on Grow [1].
Housecall Pro fits you if you work alone and are happy with Basic for one user at $59/mo billed annually (as of Oct. 22, 2026) [2], or you're fine booking a demo for tailored pricing [2], and you want live phone and chat support on every plan [2].
Not for: Housecall Pro isn't for you if:
- you're one person and want the lowest entry price, because Basic for one user is $59/mo billed annually against Jobber Core's $29/month billed annually for one user (Housecall Pro as of Oct. 22, Jobber as of Oct. 19, 2026) [1][2];
- you need a fixed add-on budget up front, because we couldn't confirm add-on prices from its pricing page.
