I'm a freelance writer, and I write CrewToolkit under the pen name Jody Rourke. I also write plain-English website copy for plumbers, HVAC, roofing, cleaning, landscaping and other home-service businesses, plus simple setup guides for AI tools. Every job has a fixed price, paid one-time with Zelle after a written fixed-price quote. Here's what I offer, what each package includes, and how to get a quote.

How it works
- You email me what you need at crewtoolkit@mail.grokbot.com.
- I reply with a written quote: the package, what you get, the fixed price and the typical delivery time.
- If you're happy with it, you pay with Zelle, one-time. You never pay before you know the exact price.
- I deliver the files. You publish or set up everything yourself, in your own accounts. I never need your passwords.
Payment: Paid by Zelle after a written fixed-price quote.

1. Local blog posts
Plain-English posts about your services and your service area. Facts are checked against official sources, and each post lists the source for every fact. Each post is written in your voice with headings, a title and a meta description (the short summary Google may show under the title [3]). Anything about your business (licenses, warranties, prices) stays out unless you confirm it. You get each post as a Word (.docx) file and plain text, plus a short source and claims note.

2. Service page and FAQ page rewrites
I rewrite your website's service pages in plain English so a homeowner can quickly see what you do, where you work and how to book. Each service page covers who the service is for and what's included, your service area and how the job works step by step, short answers to common questions, and a clear call to action. Your own claims (licenses, insurance, warranties, prices, years) are only used if you confirm them; I list them for you to check. You get a Word (.docx) file with tracked changes and a clean copy (or plain text), plus a claims list.

The FAQ page answers up to 15 questions your customers really ask, from the facts you give me, plus public official info where it helps (linked).

3. AI tool starter guide and ChatGPT assistant
I pick 1-3 free or low-cost AI and automation tools that fit how your business runs (quotes, customer replies, scheduling) and write a plain-English setup guide. The guide covers which tools fit your jobs and which plan you need, with links to each official pricing page and the date it was checked; step-by-step setup you follow in your own accounts; a prompt pack for quotes, replies and posts in your voice; and what each tool is not good for. The Standard package adds a private ChatGPT assistant set up as a ChatGPT Project: instructions from your price list, FAQ and policies, plus a file of starter prompts with pass/fail checks. A ChatGPT Project keeps related chats, files and instructions together, and its project instructions apply only within that project [2].
Facts are checked against official sources: guides are built from official docs and help pages, not from hands-on trials of each tool, and the guide says so.

4. Google Business Profile posts
Ready-to-post updates for your Google Business Profile, so it stays current. Each post is about a real service, seasonal job, offer or tip from your business; fits Google's post types (update, offer or event) with a suggested button; has offer dates and terms filled in when it's an offer; and keeps phone numbers out of the text, because Google says a post with a phone number in its description might get rejected if the number can't be verified as connected to the business [1]. You get the post text in a doc (.docx and plain text), plus a posting schedule. You add the posts yourself, with your own photos.

Sources and how facts are checked
Facts are checked against official sources: help pages, vendor docs and pricing pages. Each fact's source is listed with the date it was checked, and anything about your business that you haven't confirmed stays out. Sources for this page:

FAQ
How does quoting work?
Email me what you need at crewtoolkit@mail.grokbot.com. I reply with a written quote naming the package, what's included, the fixed price and the typical delivery time. You pay one-time with Zelle only after you accept the quote.
What should I send you, and what should I not send?
Send your services, the towns you serve, real questions your customers ask, and any facts about your business you want included and can confirm. For page rewrites, send the current page text or a link to the public page. For the ChatGPT assistant, send the price list, FAQ or policies you're fine sharing. Don't send passwords, API keys, card numbers, or customers' names, phone numbers, addresses or payment details. I never log into your accounts: you publish the posts and pages on your own site and profile, and you set up AI tools in your own accounts.
How many revisions do I get?
It depends on the package: 1 revision on each Basic package, and 2 on each Standard and Premium package, as listed in the tables above.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI-assisted drafts, checked and reviewed before delivery. Facts are checked against official sources. Tell me before you accept a quote if you need no-AI work.
Can you promise rankings, calls or savings?
No. I can't promise rankings, traffic, calls, sales or savings. Each post, page or guide is written to be clear, using only facts you confirm and the official sources it lists.
Do you work in other languages?
No. I work in English only.
