By · Published · Last updated · Prices checked

You can use MailerLite free for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month [1]. Paid plans are priced per account by how many subscribers you have, not per user. At 500 subscribers, Comfort is $12/month billed monthly or $10.80/month billed yearly, and Power is $25/month billed monthly or $22.50/month billed yearly, in USD as of Oct. 22, 2026 [1].

MailerLite pricing: the short answer

"Subscribers" means the people on your email list. MailerLite counts only active subscribers; people who unsubscribed or bounced don't count [1]. It uses a cumulative count across the billing cycle, which resets monthly on your billing anniversary [1].

MailerLite pricing plans explained in plain English (as of 2026-10-22)

MailerLite has 4 plans: Free, Comfort, Power and Enterprise [1]. It says prices scale with subscribers and sending volume, not feature access, and that "every paid plan gets our full feature set" [1]. That's MailerLite's own description.

Each paid price below is for the whole account at that subscriber tier, in USD. Billing yearly saves 10% [1][2]. Prices may be subject to taxes [1].

MailerLite's slider has more tiers between these, up to 200K subscribers; above that is Enterprise [1]. Check the slider for your exact count.

On a yearly plan you pay for 12 months up front. For example, MailerLite shows Comfort at 500 subscribers as $129.60/year billed yearly, and Power at 500 subscribers as $270/year billed yearly, as of Oct. 22, 2026 [1].

What changed in 2026

MailerLite says new pricing was introduced on June 16, 2026 [2]. If you bought a paid plan before then, MailerLite says it moves to the new pricing at your next renewal date or when you manually upgrade or downgrade [2]. The prices in this article are the current ones as of Oct. 22, 2026.

What each plan adds and its limits

Free

Free is applied automatically to every account [2]. It covers your first 250 active subscribers and up to 2,500 emails every 30 days [2]. Limits include 3 active automations with up to 5 automation steps, 1 website and 1 landing page, 3 active forms, and 1 digital product or booking [1]. Support is listed as "Knowledge base support" [1]. Free can't send email through the API or MCP server; that's for paid plans [1].

If you go over 250 active subscribers on Free, MailerLite locks sending (campaigns and automations) until you upgrade or remove subscribers [1]. Going over other Free limits blocks imports, sending and creating or editing until you reduce use or upgrade [2].

Not for: you, if your list is already over 250 subscribers or you need more than 3 automations, because Free caps both [1][2].

Comfort

Comfort includes everything in Free plus unlimited templates, dynamic emails, campaign auto-resend, multivariate testing, an unsubscribe page builder, a preference center, an AI writing assistant and smart sending [1]. It has 50 automations, 10 forms, 10 sites, 5 digital products and 3 user seats [1].

Your monthly email allowance on Comfort is 10 times the upper limit of your subscriber tier, so the up-to-1,000 tier gets 10,000 emails a month [1]. The allowance resets monthly on your billing date; MailerLite's pricing page says that at the limit you can upgrade to Power or wait for the reset [1]. MailerLite's billing help article says something different: if you exceed your monthly email limit, your plan auto-upgrades, then returns to the tier that matches your subscriber count at renewal [2].

Not for: you, if more than 3 people on your team need their own login, because Comfort includes 3 user seats [1].

Power

Power includes everything in Comfort plus unlimited user seats, monthly emails, automations, forms, digital products and bookings, multiple automation triggers, partner discounts and 24/7 live chat support [1]. Unlimited emails are subject to MailerLite's fair use policy [1].

Not for: you, if you're a team of 1-3 who sends within Comfort's email allowance, because Power costs more at every subscriber tier in the table above [1].

Enterprise

Enterprise is for lists over 200K subscribers, and MailerLite says its pricing depends on your active subscriber count and add-ons [1]. MailerLite doesn't publish an Enterprise price; the page says "Let's talk" [1].

Not for: a small service business with a list under 200K subscribers, because Comfort and Power cover those tiers [1].

Worked cost example: 1,000 subscribers for a 3-person and a 5-person team

MailerLite doesn't charge per user; it caps logins by plan: 2 on Free, 3 on Comfort and unlimited on Power [1]. So team size decides your plan, and your subscriber count decides your price. Here is the math for a list of 1,000 subscribers, using MailerLite's prices in USD as of Oct. 22, 2026 [1]:

Going from 3 logins to 5 moves you from Comfort to Power, so compare the two yearly totals above before you add people. If your list grows past your tier on a paid plan, MailerLite raises your subscriber limit automatically and charges your card for the next pricing tier [1]. On a monthly plan you pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the cycle, and on an annual plan a pro-rated amount based on the new annual cost for the rest of the 12 months [2].

Discounts, trial and refunds

You can pay by card, and you're charged in EUR or USD based on your billing address, and VAT or other taxes may apply at checkout [2].
