Pipedrive pricing per user: you pay for seats
A seat is a paid place for one person on your team to log in. Pipedrive bills by the number of seats in your account, not by active users: you can have fewer active users than seats, but you're still charged for every seat [2]. If you add a user and there's no open seat, Pipedrive adds a seat and bills it right away at a prorated amount [8]. Removing a seat takes effect at your next billing cycle [2].
Pipedrive pricing plans explained in plain English (as of 2026-10-22)
Lite
Lite is the entry plan. Its caps are 2,500 leads and deals per seat for the company (up to 300,000), 30 custom fields, and no automations [6]. Pipedrive says it has no usage limit on contacts [6].
Not for: you, if you want automated follow-ups, because Lite has no automations [6].
Growth
Growth adds full email sync with tracking, automations and nurturing sequences, subscriptions and forecast reports, and a meeting scheduler [1]. Its caps are 5,000 leads and deals per seat (up to 300,000), 100 custom fields and 50 automations [6].
Not for: you, if you need lead capture or contracts with e-signatures built in, because on Growth those are paid add-ons (LeadBooster and Smart Docs) [1][3].
Premium
Premium adds LeadBooster lead generation and routing, custom scoring and company data enrichment, AI email and shared inboxes, and contracts and e-signatures [1]. LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs are included at no additional cost [3]. Its caps are 15,000 leads and deals per seat (up to 300,000), 300 custom fields and 150 automations [6].
Not for: you, if your team only needs a pipeline, email sync and up to 50 automations, because Growth covers those [1][6].
Ultimate
Ultimate adds security rules and alerts, phone and email enrichment, a sandbox account, extended phone support and partner discounts [1]. Its caps are 20,000 leads and deals per seat (up to 300,000), 500 custom fields and 250 automations [6].
Not for: you, if you don't need security rules, a sandbox account or extended phone support, because those are what Ultimate adds over Premium [1].
Add-ons: what's included and what's extra
Pipedrive's add-ons are LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, Web Visitors and Smart Docs [1]. LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs are add-ons on Lite and Growth and included on Premium and Ultimate; Campaigns and Web Visitors are add-ons on every plan [3]. Add-ons are billed on the same cycle as your plan [3]. On Lite and Growth, Projects is priced per seat, so only the people you give a project seat get it [9].
Pipedrive's pricing page lists a "Starting from" price for each add-on, but it doesn't say whether those figures are per seat or per account, or whether they're billed monthly or annually (as of 2026-10-22) [1]. We don't print them, so the totals below are for seats only.
Worked cost example: 1, 3 and 5 seats
Here is what seats alone cost each month, using Pipedrive's prices in USD, excluding VAT [1]. The math is seats x the per-seat price.
| Plan and billing [1] | 1 seat | 3 seats | 5 seats | As of |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite, US$14 per seat per month, billed annually [1] | $14 | $42 | $70 | 2026-10-22 |
| Lite, US$24 per seat per month, billed monthly [1] | $24 | $72 | $120 | 2026-10-22 |
| Growth, US$39 per seat per month, billed annually [1] | $39 | $117 | $195 | 2026-10-22 |
| Growth, US$49 per seat per month, billed monthly [1] | $49 | $147 | $245 | 2026-10-22 |
| Premium, US$59 per seat per month, billed annually [1] | $59 | $177 | $295 | 2026-10-22 |
| Premium, US$79 per seat per month, billed monthly [1] | $79 | $237 | $395 | 2026-10-22 |
| Ultimate, US$79 per seat per month, billed annually [1] | $79 | $237 | $395 | 2026-10-22 |
| Ultimate, US$99 per seat per month, billed monthly [1] | $99 | $297 | $495 | 2026-10-22 |
Annual billing is charged once at the start for the full year [4]. So for 3 Growth seats billed annually, you pay 3 x US$468 per seat per year = US$1,404 up front, as of Oct. 22, 2026 [1][4]. On monthly billing, the same 3 seats are 3 x US$49 per seat per month = US$147 a month, as of Oct. 22, 2026 [1].
Pipedrive says implementation is free when you sign up for a pricing plan that's over US$400 a year, but it doesn't say whether that means per seat or for the whole account (as of Oct. 22, 2026) [1]. That's Pipedrive's own statement on its pricing page.
Annual vs monthly billing, refunds and cancelling
- Annual: charged once at the start of your subscription for the full year, discounted up to 42%, and it can't be refunded because it's prepaid [4]. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the term [4].
- Monthly: charged on the same date each month, and you can cancel at any time, with the change taking effect at the next payment date [4].
- Refunds: Pipedrive's Terms of Service say "All Fees are non-refundable", including periods you didn't use [7]. Downgrading mid-term gives no refund of the price difference [7].
Free trial, free plan and nonprofit pricing
Pipedrive's pricing page lists no free plan; every plan offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card required [1]. You can invite as many co-workers as you want to the trial [1]. If you don't add billing details, you lose access when the trial ends, but you can log in within 60 days of the trial ending to add billing and start paying [10].
Pipedrive's pricing page lists no nonprofit discount [1].
