Make.com Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and Real Costs
Make.com pricing starts at $0 on the Free plan for 1,000 credits a month, and the Core plan is $12 per month billed annually or $16 per month billed monthly for 10,000 credits a month, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1]. A credit is one module action, like adding a row to a Google Sheet [1][2]. Most small service businesses can estimate their bill by counting steps per run, times runs per month.

Make.com pricing: the short answer
Prices below are in USD, as shown to US visitors, at the 10,000-credit level. Make shows different prices in some other countries [1].
- Free: $0 per month for 1,000 credits a month, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
- Core: $12 per month for 10,000 credits a month, billed annually, or $16 per month billed monthly, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
- Pro: $21 per month for 10,000 credits a month, billed annually, or $28 per month billed monthly, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
- Teams: $38 per month for 10,000 credits a month, billed annually, or $51 per month billed monthly, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
- Enterprise: custom pricing; Make doesn't list a price, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
At the 10,000-credit level, Make labels annual billing "Save 25%" [1]. At 20,000 credits, annual billing is also 25% less by our math: $21 per month billed annually vs $28 per month billed monthly on Core, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
You don't pay per user: Make lists unlimited users as included on every plan [1]. What changes the price is the plan and the number of credits you buy each month.
What a credit is, in plain English
Credits are Make's billing unit. Make says "most actions consume 1 credit, while some advanced features leveraging Make's AI Provider may use more" [1]. Make's own example: "Each module action in your scenario, like adding a Google Sheet row or fetching Gmail account data, counts as one credit" [1].
A scenario is one automation. Each time it runs, every module (step) that does something uses a credit. Make says a single run can use "anywhere from two credits to thousands of credits" [1]. Some things are free: the Router and the error handlers (Rollback, Break, Resume, Commit and Ignore) use no credits [1]. Only features triggered by scenario runs, or the AI agent's chat, use credits [2].
When you run out, your scenarios stop until you buy more [1]. Extra credits come in bundles of 1,000 or 10,000 at the fixed price set in your subscription, and auto-purchase is on Core, Pro and Teams only [1]. Your plan's credits expire at the end of the term [1].

What each plan adds and its limits (quoted)
Free
Free gives you 1,000 credits a month, routers and filters, and a 15-minute minimum interval between runs [1]. It includes 1 MB of data storage and 1 data store [1]. Make's feature table lists a maximum of 2 active scenarios, a 5-minute maximum execution time, a 5 MB maximum file size and 7 days of execution logs [1]. Make says the Free plan is not time-limited [3].
Not for: you, if you need more than 2 automations switched on, or runs more often than every 15 minutes [1].
Core
Core adds "unlimited active scenarios", scheduling down to every minute, and access to the Make API [1]. Make's table lists a 40-minute maximum execution time, a 100 MB maximum file size and 30 days of execution logs [1].
Make says all paid plans include AI app capabilities, Make AI Agents and Make Grid [3]. Make AI Agents (beta) is on the Free plan too, per Make's feature table [1].
Not for: you, if you want annual credits that carry over month to month; Make lists that "Credits usage flexibility with yearly billing" on Pro, Teams and Enterprise only [1].
Pro
Pro adds "Priority scenario execution, Custom variables, Full-text execution log search" [1]. Its maximum file size is 250 MB [1]. On annual billing, Pro lets you "Prepay for annual credits that only expire after 12 months instead of each month" [1].
Not for: you, if you're one person running a few simple scenarios, because Core already has unlimited active scenarios and per-minute scheduling [1].
Teams
Teams adds "Teams and team roles, Create and share scenario templates" [1]. Its maximum file size is 500 MB [1].
Not for: you, if you don't need role-based access, because every Make plan already lists unlimited users [1].
Enterprise
Enterprise adds "Custom functions support, Enterprise app integrations, 24/7 Enterprise support, Access to Value Engineering team, Overage protection, Advanced security features", and 60 days of execution logs [1]. Pricing is custom [1].
Not for: a 1-10 person service business with ordinary workflows, because the Enterprise additions are about security, support and custom functions [1].
Worked monthly cost for 1, 3 and 5 users, with the math shown
Because Make lists unlimited users on every plan, 1, 3 or 5 people on your team cost the same [1]. Your bill depends on credits. These examples assume 1 credit per module action, which is Make's default for non-AI apps [2]. They are our own math from Make's stated rules, not Make's figures.
Example 1: new-lead intake. A web form sends a lead to Make, Make adds a row to a Google Sheet, and Make sends an email reply. That's 3 modules, so about 3 credits per lead [1][2]. 150 leads a month x 3 credits = 450 credits. That fits inside Free's 1,000 credits, at $0 per month, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
Example 2: job booked to invoice. Each booked job triggers 5 steps: create the customer, create the invoice, add a calendar event, email the customer and update a sheet. 300 jobs x 5 credits = 1,500 credits a month. That's over Free, so you'd move to Core at 10,000 credits: $12 per month billed annually ($12 x 12 = $144 a year) or $16 per month billed monthly ($16 x 12 = $192 a year), as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
Example 3: a busier shop with three scenarios. Lead intake (600 leads x 3 = 1,800 credits), booking to invoice (1,000 jobs x 6 = 6,000 credits) and review requests (1,000 jobs x 2 = 2,000 credits) add up to 9,800 credits a month. That's just under 10,000, so Core still fits. If you grow past it, the Core step for 20,000 credits a month is $21 per month billed annually or $28 per month billed monthly, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [1].
| Workflow example | Credits a month | Plan and credits | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lead intake, 150 leads | 450 | Free, 1,000 credits | $0 per month [1] | $0 per month [1] |
| Booking to invoice, 300 jobs | 1,500 | Core, 10,000 credits | $12 per month, billed annually [1] | $16 per month, billed monthly [1] |
| Three scenarios, busier shop | 9,800 | Core, 10,000 credits | $12 per month, billed annually [1] | $16 per month, billed monthly [1] |
AI steps change the math. If you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Gemini account, each operation is 1 credit and you pay the AI provider for tokens [2]. If you use Make's AI Provider, credits are based on tokens and operations, so we can't give a fixed number [2]. A trigger that polls on a schedule can also add runs; Make doesn't say on these pages whether a check that finds nothing uses a credit [2].
Annual vs monthly billing and cancelling
Annual billing is the cheaper option [1]. Extra credits "expire after one month (for monthly subscription) or at the end of one year (for annual subscription in Pro and Teams plan)" [1]. For Core, Pro and Teams, Make accepts "all major credit cards, ACH direct debit and Google Pay" [1].
If you cancel, Make says your "paid plan will run until the end of that month's billing cycle or the end of the annual plan term", and then you're switched to the Free plan [1]. If you downgrade instead, Make says "your credit card will get charged immediately and you will be set to a new subscription", so a new billing cycle starts that day [1]. Your unused credits move to the new plan, and any active scenarios that use higher-plan features stop [1].
Nonprofits are asked to contact Make [1].
Cheaper or better-fit alternatives
- Zapier: Zapier's Professional plan is for 1 user and starts from $19.99 per month for 1 user, no billing basis shown in our zapier.com/pricing capture, as of Oct. 23, 2026 [4]. Zapier prices by tasks, not credits. Our Zapier vs Make comparison walks through the trade-offs.
- Other options: If neither fits, see our Zapier alternatives guide or our n8n vs Zapier comparison.
- Phone calls: If the job you want to automate is answering the phone, that's a different tool. See our AI receptionist cost guide.
Make says there's no automated import tool from Zapier, so you'd rebuild your Zaps by hand [3].
FAQ
How much are Make.com pricing plans?
As of Oct. 23, 2026, Free is $0 per month for 1,000 credits a month; Core, Pro and Teams are $12, $21 and $38 per month billed annually, or $16, $28 and $51 per month billed monthly, for 10,000 credits a month [1]. Enterprise is custom [1].
How does Make.com AI pricing work?
AI uses credits too. With your own AI provider connection (paid plans only), you pay Make credits per operation and pay the provider for tokens [2]. With Make's AI Provider, which is on all plans, credits depend on tokens and operations [2].
Is Make.com automation pricing per user?
No. Make lists unlimited users as included on every plan, so you pay for the plan and credits, not seats [1].
What happens if I run out of credits?
Scenarios stop until you add credits. You can buy extra bundles of 1,000 or 10,000 credits, or turn on auto-purchase on Core, Pro or Teams [1].
Is the Make Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is $0 per month for 1,000 credits a month [1], and Make says the Free plan is not time-limited [3].
